Bands of clay echo earth, escarpment and sediment of Yamba in New South Wales. A flowing vine wraps the surface inspired by the creepers that bind the sand. Finished with my own slips and glazes, the textures and tones capture the shifting colours of the ocean edge - salt, sand and weathered stone.
