Our exhibition depends on the dedication of a few committed staff members. However, its success is equally reliant on the invaluable contributions of our team of volunteers who come together annually to make the show a reality. The fervour and dedication of these volunteers are particularly palpable during exhibition week. It is during this time, as the public engages with the diverse array of exhibits that the grand scale and collaborative spirit of our enterprise truly come to life.

Volunteers play a crucial role in a variety of areas essential to the smooth operation of the exhibition. Tasks include receiving artworks, installing and dismantling exhibits, providing hospitality services, handling some administrative duties, and assisting with floor sales. Each volunteer’s contribution, no matter the size, is integral to the overall success of the exhibition, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to and visitors have an enriching experience.
