Artist Statement

Mostly I work with watercolour, pen and wash and acrylic. I enjoy Australian landscapes.

Biography

I have always been interested in art and only started painting at least 14 years ago when I enrolled withU3A at Pittsworth. Classes were conducted by Eve Kahler and Cecelia Krieg. Their guidance and enthusiasm ignited a passion for painting. Since then I have attended many workshops by known artists. I am a member of the Pittsworth Art Group and the Toowoomba Art Society

Awards

I have been successful at many country shows including the Toowoomba Royal Show and also received a bursary to the McGregor winter school
