Ruby Purple
Artist Statement
This series of artworks is a celebration of nature's multifaceted beauty, woven with symbolism and emotional resonance. Each piece tells a visual story—crafted through diverse media and layered techniques—that explores identity, feeling, and the silent poetry of the natural world. Inspired by the visionary works of Frida Kahlo and Georgia O’Keeffe, the series channels their bold exploration of inner landscapes and organic forms. Through symbolic elements and evocative colour palettes, the collection invites viewers into intimate narratives shaped by flora, fauna, and dreamlike abstraction. Every artwork is an offering: a space to connect, reflect, and wander through meaning beyond the surface.
