Biography

My interest in art began early in my school days and I was drawn to  artistic expression.  Later in life a friend coached me in the use of oils and water colour. However, today I have largely concentrated on using acrylics on canvas. Through this combination I attempt to express the beauty of creation, in all its form and splendour.  Poppies have have always been a favourite subject but I also see other exciting things worthy of exploration and interpretation through colour, line and form.
