RME DAX Portal Guidelines 2021
Your invitation to the Artists Portal with instructions: (Please do not share this page)
We are excited to invite you to submit work for selection via our new artist portal system. The portal will let you upload specific works for appraisal from 1 June.
Just a reminder that you have until 1 August to enter details of your submissions for our September exhibition The portal will let you upload specific works for appraisal from 1 June.
If you have already had work accepted, please check online to ensure your data is correct. You can adjust your profile data by logging back into your portal. Artwork changes can be made by sending me specific details, but please don’t inundate me with successive updates. Best you enter correct data to begin with.
The rapidly growing catalogue is now live at – https://www.downlandsart.com/artist-list-2021/
As our exhibition has become very popular amongst exhibitors in recent years, we will find it necessary to be quite selective in 2021 to reduce our catalogue numbers from around 1200 down to around a maximum of 750. We may initially accept just one or two works from you and then in early August select more from those submitted in the first round.
If accepted these will works attract a $5 non-refundable administration fee and be included into our September catalogue. Credit card details will be required before you can upload your artwork details, but you will only be charged for works accepted.
Email me – firstname.lastname@example.org if you have difficulties. I’ve noted, during phone support conversations, that areas with poor internet service may struggle with loading data on to our portal.
