It’s been a while, but our keen grounds staff have been busy since last year preparing our beautiful grounds for the 2019 Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and this year we’ve entered the front of the College gardens into the world acclaimed contest.
Not only will this highlight our beautiful, established gardens and Heritage listed “Tyson Manor”, but we also hope to attract hundreds of visitors to the exhibition as the bus tours visiting the gardens will drop enthusiasts off at the front of the school.
Our Art Cafe plans to open whilst these tour groups are visiting, ensuring a lengthy stay to take in the exhibition as well as the gardens is on the cards. 2019 Downlands Art Exhibition is a registered participant in the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers events program.
