95 x 80 x 4 cmFramed: 100 x 85 x 6cmOutdoor paint on old notice board
This painting is the first of what I would call new works. It’s also a preamble into a lager self titled body of work that will hopefully come together inform of an exhibition somewhere next year.
This painting came from a conversation I had with my brother about a frog that used to live in a hollow under the big concrete door step at the back of dads house.
Every so often a frog would move in and every so equal times a chook would see it. Over and over over the years, maybe it’s still going on.
As children sometimes would chase the chook sometimes we joined in on the chickens’ side.
Adults just moved along.
