Artist’s Statement
Trucks (etching on Hannamuhle paper) remind me of good times when I was young. My uncle used to take our family swimming, camping and hunting in his truck. We always had fun in that old truck.
Biography
Sadie Singer b. 1950 is a celebrated Anangu artist from the Iwantja Arts and Crafts Community, Indulkana in the Northern Territory.
Her country and childhood memories (such as Trucks) are her favourite subjects.
