  • Artist’s Statement

    I love to paint, mostly landscapes and mostly Australian. While I love the soft English landscapes, I, like Dorothea McKellar, love this sunburnt country more. I work in a variety of mediums. That's it really - no deep hidden meanings - I paint what appeals to me.

    Rosemary is a self taught artist who took the scenic route through her painting life, beginning in England and finishing in Australia.

    Finalist in the Muswellbrook Art Prize, the Morris Art Prize. Exhibits at MET Gallery, Highfields and recently at the Samford Arts Trail, Open Studios.
