Paul, being self-taught in most areas, believes that, “It’s the journey, that’s important to me, the process of making something, that counts. After I finish a piece, I happily move onto another.”
Biography
PAUL MUNCK
“A true Renaissance artist…”
Paul is highly-skilled in many disciplines including watercolour painting, portraiture, designing and making various fine string instruments such as acoustic and classical guitars, dulcimers, mandolins and ukuleles.
His repertoire includes sculpture, flawless wood turning and modern elegant furniture.
Winning awards and major commissions in advertising photography and graphic design in Canada, Belgium and Italy,
Paul was Creative Art Director for a major international company.
After retiring, Paul established his Toronto photography studio and taught adult evening woodworking classes. Even now he loves to share his expertise.
Having recently moved to Toowoomba, Paul is always happiest creating works of art.
