  • Artist’s Statement

    I work predominantly in bronze as I find sculpting in clay enables me to get great definition & also subtlety. I worked as a physio for many years and probably for that reason have a great appreciation of the human body.
    It is a wonderful challenge to sculpt people and imbuing my sculptures with character and soul has become my passion.

  • Biography

    Born Victoria, educated at University of Melbourne & University of Qld.
    Worked as a physiotherapist in own private practice 25 years.

    Art education : studied sculpture with Frank Lambert 1991-2014.
    Studied marble sculpting with Graham Radcliffe 1998-2000
    Studied marble sculpting with Italian sculptor Giovanni Balderi 2000
    Have been involved in group & solo exhibitions since 1991.
    Bronze sculptures in collections throughout Australia, USA, Europe and Asia

  • Influences

    Early influences were Constantin Brancusi, Henry Moore and Rodin
