Artist’s Statement
The images that I have submitted here are from places that I would be more than happy to return to at any time and through my images, hope to transport the viewer to the same place so they too can get the feeling pf piece that I got when capturing them.
Biography
I grew up in south west Sydney and relocated to Esk, Queensland in 2006 with my young family. In moving to a rural area, and driving trucks interstate I developed an interest in photography to share what I was seeing with my family. This interest became a hobby then a passion. My favored genre is landscapes, being sea, land or nightscapes, which is my personal favorite. Being in nature or under the stars either by myself or with my partner is where I truly feel at piece. I try to portray that with my images. I am always on the lookout for new locations and styles to photograph that next captivating shot.
Influences
Nature is what influences me the most, from a secluded Tasmanian jetty, to the awe inspiring milky way.
